Sara Bay, Sarasota
Sara Bay terrazzo repolished for a home sale
Our owner restored this 1968 Sara Bay terrazzo once before. With the house going on the market, a repolish was all it needed to look great again.
Finished September 2, 2026
Our owner restored this terrazzo the first time, back when he was with another company. When the 1968 house in Sara Bay was about to be listed for sale, we were hired to repolish it so the floor would look great for the listing.
Because it had been restored properly the first time, a repolish was all it needed this time. Terrazzo that's been taken care of lasts, and it's easy to keep looking like this.
We didn't get before photos on this one, so these are all afters.
