Two to four days on site for most single-family floors once we are scheduled. How soon we can start depends on the calendar, so call before the listing date is locked.

Yes! A restored terrazzo floor can sell your house for you. We work with plenty of people flipping houses who look specifically for homes with terrazzo to restore.
Can you quote from photos?
We inspect every job in person before quoting. Photos are useful for a first conversation, but a number comes after we have seen the floor.
